Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty, offered by Wearable Reminders, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, covers defects in material or workmanship in Wearable Reminders, LLC new products for a period of 1 year.  This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

 What is covered?  Wearable Reminders, LLC warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

Wearable Reminders, LLC will replace at no charge a returned product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material under normal use.  If Wearable reminders, LLC is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion, Wearable Reminders, LLC may elect to refund the purchase price.

 How long does the coverage last?  Our warranty period is one year from documented date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.

 What our warranty does NOT cover? Our manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

-       product gift packaging e.g. leather coin purse, utility case etc.

-       bracelet bands

-       damage resulting from improper handling, lack of proper care, accidents and normal wear and tear

 This warranty is void if product damage is due to accident, negligence or other factors not due to workmanship or defects in materials. Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned with any unauthorized alterations.

 Wearable Reminders, LLC will not provide any warranty coverage unless claims are made in compliance with all terms of the controlling warranty statement included with your product and you follow proper return procedure.

 The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory as to any matter whatsoever, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, illness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title and non infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by our company.

REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT (OR, IN LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES, REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE) AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER.  WEARABLE REMINDERS, LLC, NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT.

 

WEARABLE REMINDERS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF SALE OF PRODUCT, USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY).

 

How does state law apply? The laws of the State of Delaware, USA, govern our warranties.  It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.  Some States or provinces do not allow the exclusion of limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusion may be limited in their application to you.  When implied warranties may not be excluded in their entirety, they will be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may have other rights that may vary depending on local law.  You may be required by law to give us a reasonable opportunity to correct or cure any failure to comply before you can bring any action.

How do I Prepare a Warranty Claim?

    1. Sign in to your account using the email address as well as the password you created upon checkout. If you do not have your password available it can be reset by going to www.mycalltoserve.com/login.php?action=reset_password to reset.
    2. Under My Account, click to view your list of Completed Orders.
    3. Under Your Competed Orders, find the order containing the item for your warranty claim.
    4. Under Return Items(s) From Order #XXX, fill out a short form and provide us with necessary information to process your return. Be sure to select "Warranty Claim" as your reason for return.
    5. Once your online request is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

 

Product will be replaced, repaired or refunded at the sole discretion of our customer service center upon receipt of your covered product item and accessories.  Shipping costs incurred from returning items to Wearable Reminders, LLC is the responsibility of the customer and no C.O.Ds will be accepted. Replacement/repaired product will be returned at no additional cost to the shipping address of original order unless otherwise noted and approved during the claim process. How do I adjust my bracelet?

Bracelet bands are approximately 8” long and adjust in 0.5” increments to approximately 6”. Please visit your trusted local jeweler for size adjustments.  Wearable Reminders, LLC is not responsible for damage to bracelets due to customer resizing.
