Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Returns must be initiated within the first 30 days following receipt of product.  Instructions for initiating returns can be found below. Product must be received, processed and approved by our customer service center before refund or replacement is issued.

Product must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging including but not limited to gift packaging, e.g. leather coin purse, utility case etc. and you are responsible for shipping the product to Wearable Reminders, LLC. Incomplete returns, damaged products not covered under warranty and packages shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted and/or processed.

Shipping costs incurred from returning items to Wearable Reminders, LLC is the responsibility of the customer and no C.O.Ds will be accepted. If you chose to have your item replaced/repaired, product will be returned at no additional cost to the shipping address of original order unless otherwise noted and approved during the return process. Please contact customerservice@mycalltoserve.com with any additional questions regarding our warranty and return procedures.

   How do I Prepare a Return? 

  1. Sign in to your account using the email address as well as the password you created upon checkout. If you do not have your password available it can be reset by going to www.mycalltoserve.com/login.php?action=reset_password to reset.
  2. Under My Account, click to view your list of Completed Orders.
  3. Under Your Competed Orders, find the order containing the item you’d like to return.
  4. Under Return Items(s) From Order #XXX, fill out a short form and provide us with necessary information to process your return.
  5. Once your online request is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
